Fair Opportunity
Fair opportunity at the order level
SEWP VI is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract.
Federal agencies must provide contract holders a fair opportunity to be considered for individual orders as appropriate under FAR Part 16.505(b). Enovox supports the Government's fair-opportunity process and will respond to SEWP requirements in accordance with the terms of the contract and applicable NASA SEWP procedures.
