How to obtain a quote

Three ways to engage Enovox. All three reach the same team.

  1. Use the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool

Federal ordering offices may submit an RFQ, RFI, or Market Research Request through the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool. Where appropriate, select Category C — ITC/AV Mission-Based Services and include Enovox among the contract holders considered for the requirement.

    Go to NASA SEWP

  2. Contact Enovox directly

For market research, acquisition planning, a draft statement of work, or a request for quote, contact the Enovox SEWP team. One address reaches us for everything on this contract — quotes, delivery order questions, service delivery updates and order issues: sewp6@enovox.com.

The mailbox is monitored by both contacts below, either of whom you may also reach directly.

We can help federal customers understand how Enovox's contracted capabilities may support an upcoming requirement.

  3. Contact the NASA SEWP Program Management Office

Fair Opportunity

Fair opportunity at the order level

SEWP VI is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract.

Federal agencies must provide contract holders a fair opportunity to be considered for individual orders as appropriate under FAR Part 16.505(b). NASA's SEWP VI contract provides that contract holders will be given a fair opportunity at the individual order level, including through SEWP's RFQ tools.

Enovox supports the Government's fair-opportunity process and will respond to SEWP requirements in accordance with the terms of the contract and applicable NASA SEWP procedures.

Ordering process

From requirement to mission support

  1. Define the requirement

The Government identifies its technology, service, or mission requirement and develops the applicable statement of work, performance requirements, or other acquisition documentation.

  2. Issue an RFQ, RFI or MRR

The ordering office uses the NASA SEWP tools or other authorized acquisition procedures to solicit contract holders.

  3. Enovox reviews the requirement

Enovox evaluates the requirement against its SEWP VI Category C contract scope, available contract offerings, technical capabilities, staffing, and delivery requirements.

  4. Enovox submits a response

Enovox provides a response consistent with the RFQ requirements and NASA SEWP procedures.

  5. Government evaluates responses

The Government evaluates responses and makes its order-level source selection consistent with applicable acquisition regulations and SEWP procedures.

  6. Order and delivery

Following award, Enovox works with the Government customer to initiate transition, implementation, service delivery, reporting, and ongoing program support.

Installation, warranty and support

Support doesn't end at award

Enovox recognizes that successful mission delivery requires more than responding to an RFQ. Our support model is designed to provide clear accountability from implementation through ongoing operations.
